i think its cute... like the idea, i think it would look a little better if you had more highlights on the face from the light, and if there was a shadow on the ground from the character and the lamp post, 5/8

This type of character needs a less busy inking style...at the moment its outline is to sketchy, which makes it look hesitant...bold, simple characters work best with a bold simple style.
